A studio of one. That is the point, not a limitation.
Nocturea has been designing since 2020, first for communities and servers, now for anyone who would rather look like themselves than like their competitors. The work is identities and websites, and it is all made by the same pair of hands.
Working alone puts a ceiling on how many projects run at once, which is why there are usually two or three a season rather than twenty. It also means nothing is delegated, nothing is templated, and nobody has to explain your brief to somebody else.
The method
Conversation
One call or one long message, whichever you prefer. What the brand is for, who it talks to, what it must not look like. This is also where I say if the budget and the ambition do not match.
Blank page
Sketching starts with no reference file open and no theme picked. You see one direction, developed far enough to judge, rather than three half-finished options to choose between.
Revision
We go back and forth until you sign off. There is no round counter and no change-request form; you say what is wrong and it gets fixed.
Handover
Editable sources, written guidelines, and a site you can host anywhere. If you would rather not think about the server, hosting stays here.
Who it is for
Communities, studios and independent brands — the ones with a real audience and no interest in looking generic.
